CANCELLATION POLICY
In accordance with the rules of the Consumer Protection Code (CDC), especially with reference to its Article 46, the policy of cancellation of hotel reservations is governed by the following rules:
1 - The reservation can be made by internet, telephone or in person at the place of provision of the hosting service;
2 - The reservation made directly at the place of lodging, according to article 49 of the CDC, will not be subject to cancellation, and the amount paid is fully retained by the lodging provider;
3 - Reservations made by internet or by phone must be confirmed with a deposit of 30% of the total amount of the lodging, immediately after 24 hours of the hiring and such deposit must be reported by e-mail or by fax, with the sending of the respective voucher, except in all cases, the liberality of the service provider confirming the deposit directly with the bank;
4 - Reservations can be canceled or extended at least 30 days in advance of the date of lodging (start day);
5 - In case of cancellation or extension, subject to the term of item 4, the consumer may choose to transform the amount deposited for confirmation of reservation in credit for the next lodging or for the full refund of the amount deposited for confirmation of reservation;
6 - After the above mentioned deadline, in cases of cancellation, the amount deposited for confirmation of reservations will be fully retained by the service provider, without the right the consumer giving back to the respective value;
7 - After the above mentioned deadline, in cases of extension, the amount deposited for confirmation of reservations will only be fully retained by the service provider in the event of not being successful in a new reservation of the places corresponding to the withdrawal due to the need to extend the lodging ;
CANCELLATION OF RESERVATION FOR GROUPS AND EVENTS
Cancellation requests with up to 30 days prior to the start of the package, will be subject to a fine of 50% of the amount paid.
EXCEEDING THIS TERM, THERE WILL BE NO REFUND OF THE PAYMENT AMOUNT. The guide / agency / company will use the amount paid in the form of Credit to be used according to hotel availability.

DESISTENCING WITHOUT CANCELLATION - "NO SHOW"
Non-attendance without prior notice, on the expected date of arrival, will be considered "no show" (withdrawal without cancellation).
The vacancy will remain available for 24 hours, from the time of entry. After this period the reservation will be canceled (with retention of 100% of the amount paid), making the vacancy available to another interested party. THERE WILL BE NO REFUND OF THE PAYMENT AMOUNT.
DETENTION AFTER ENTRY
The withdrawal of stay upon arrival or after entry into the Hotel, as well as early departure for any reason SHALL NOT GIVE RIGHT TO ANY TYPE OF REFUND, REFUND OF MONEY OR CREDIT ON NEW DAILY, resulting in the total loss of the amount paid for the package or daily .
It should be noted that this cancellation policy obeys consumerist rules and principles.
